They are responsible for managing the client service expectations by being accessible and responsive to the client and their own team and keeping them advised of deadlines and updates. As part of this team, you’ll work hand in hand with our clients to efficiently manage day-to-day tasks while maintaining a focus on long-term goals. The people in our account management area are strategic thinkers who adapt to an ever-changing business environment.
